A Memorable Experience with an Italian Client

Recently, we at Alicante Region Transfer, served a family who came from Italy. It was a special experience with that group that's why I decided to share it here. It was a tourist group of five friends, who visited Spain for exploring the natural beauty of the place.

Two months later, I received an email from Mr. Aberto asking about 'private group transfers'. He has read about our services in a classified ad and wanted to know more. We had a conversation on Skype he told me that it was his first chance to hire such a service.

He shared an incident of his last holidays when he didn't get any cab or vehicle for reaching his destination for around an hour and because of this missed an important meeting. Then, one of his friend asked him to go for reserving a taxi service for every trip.

I told him about our services and he selected private group transfers. As he was travelling with his family this time and that too for a holiday; so, he wanted everything to be comfortable and we provided him the same. He was happy that our driver was present at the airport before their arrival and they don't have to take any efforts.

While going back from their holidays, the family again booked a taxi service for reaching airport. He asked me to come and meet him and family at the airport and the family presented me a token of thanks as an appreciation of our services. It felt great; only few people in the world know the art of appreciation.
